| How We Work | |
| Recent Placements | Our current staff consists of three partners and two researchers. |
| Compensation & Timing | |
| Contact us | In building the team, we’ve chosen to focus on individuals with deep experience of working in their industry. Rather than look for people with solely a recruiting background, we have hired experienced business people from the advertising, marketing, digital communication and technology spaces. |
| All of our team has been trained extensively in our process and use of our data base. That training is then supplemented during the year with topic specific seminars. |

| Marina Prytkova mprytkova@grnsanfrancisco.com | |

After graduating from Wisconsin International University in Kiev with BA in Business, Marina spent 5 years working in the Ukrainian film production business. She started with Director's Research, then moved up to Line Producing and finally to running a Post-Production Studio. The experience gave her a strong understanding of the full cycle process for film production -- while working with people from all around the world taught her to come up with solutions in an ever changing environment and to provide effective communication between teams with different working styles. Marina has worked with such prominent directors as Jos Stelling, Olivier Megaton and many others.
In 2010, Marina won a Green Card in the global lottery, giving her the chance to move to the US. Her love for all things tech and fresh ideas brought her to San Francisco -- the heart of innovation. Marina believes her background in production, technology and working with/organizing creative development is a great match for contributing to GRN San Francisco's growth. In her spare time, Marina enjoys face painting, cooking, traveling, music and photography. |
